Please note that all  events like Presentations Nights, Best & Fairest Events, Major Fundraising Events, need to be booked within the first week of the clubs season commencing.

The event organiser needs to know how to use all AV and IT equipment, do they?
Your club understands that the room set up and pack down is your responsibility, that you will make sure all tables and chairs used are put back as they were found and all floors vacuumed. A cleaning fee of $150 will apply if room if left untidy.
